Martindale Varsity Lodge offers top quality student accommodation which consists of 231 rooms. Three types of bedrooms are available; bachelors, single rooms in 3 bedroom units and sharing rooms in 3 bedroom units. Martindale Varsity Lodge is close to the University of Johannesburg’s main campus. The accommodation is safe and secure with 24 hour security and fingerprint access control. Water and electricity, as well as safe parking, is included in the rent.
Bachelors
The bachelor units are occupied by one student. The room has its own bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.

Single bedrooms are occupied by one student. Each bedroom shares a communal kitchen and a bathroom with two other students in the unit.

Two students share a room. There are 3 bedrooms in the unit and the students share a communal kitchen and bathroom.
